If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can send it back to us for a refund within 7 days of receiving your package (except for bundle deals and items bought on sale).
Refund or exchanges are not possible for Bundle Deals and items bought on sale.
To be eligible for a refund, the product must be in perfect condition, including all original accessories, gift boxes and dust-bags.
Any claims for defective items must be submitted within 7 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
Please ship your item within 7 days of receiving your item. We do not accept returns after this period. Return shipping costs are not refunded.

Shipping - Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your product to reach you, may vary.
Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility by your local delivery company. We can only re-ship your items back to you once we’ve received the items back and once we have confirmed an updated address with you. You will be liable for reshipment costs.
Unclaimed - For shipments that go unclaimed and are therefore returned to our facility, you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself.
Customs Fees - Depending on the destination country, custom fee may apply. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors. Customers are responsible for these fees.
